These Terms are effective from the date of your registration and remain in force until your Account is closed, whether by you or by okplau.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the okplau Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law. okplau reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.
To create an okplau Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. okplau is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by the Player.
okplau is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the Platform.
Each individual may hold only one okplau Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. okplau reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplau Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okplau will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify okplau immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. okplau may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your okplau Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results directly from okplau's negligence or wilful misconduct.
okplau accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability. okplau does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. okplau reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the okplau Account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. okplau reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
All transactions on the okplau Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

All games available on the okplau Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
All game outcomes on the okplau Platform are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot games and reflect the theoretical long-term average payout.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, okplau reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. okplau's decision in such matters is final. No winnings will be paid on rounds voided due to technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplau Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the okplau Platform — including but not limited to the okplau brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of okplau or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okplau Platform without prior written consent from okplau.
okplau collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okplau complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
okplau provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
okplau reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplau's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okplau Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okplau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if okplau has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okplau does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. okplau is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond okplau's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okplau's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your okplau Account at any time by contacting okplau customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
okplau reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okplau reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, okplau may forfeit your Account balance in its entirety.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 12, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplau Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent okplau from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
okplau reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okplau will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
